No Return & No Refund Policy

At Beanzy, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products. Once an order is confirmed and delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at properbean@beanzy.in with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or an appropriate resolution at our discretion. Claims raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

All products sold on our website are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Food and consumable products
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
